Geisy joined Ramphastos in 2024 as a Legal Counsel, focusing on corporate governance, compliance, and the group’s legal affairs. Before joining Ramphastos, she spent four years as a Corporate Legal Officer at IQ EQ Netherlands, working across the Depositary and Private Equity teams. Previously, in 2015, Geisy served as a prosecutor in her native Venezuela. She holds a law degree from Universidad Yacambú
